The Premis Sigillum —originating from the Latin term for 'seal' as a historic mark of certified excellence deeply linked to the region's monastic heritage— represent the definitive blind tasting competition of DO Conca de Barberà. The dedicated 'Best Trepat Wine' category was established specifically to celebrate the pinnacle expressions of the indigenous variety.

Deliri 2025 is a certified organic 100% single-varietal Trepat crafted from select bush vines in Pira. The professional tasting jury praised its vibrant aromatic definition: wild woodland strawberries, red cherries, delicate almond blossom, and the hallmark grind of cracked white pepper.
